• Fully automatic conveyorised SCADA controlled cathodic electro deposition primer coating line for an enhanced salt spray resistance life.
• Pre-treatment is carried out in nine stages.
• CED coats are baked in LPG fire oven.

• Fully automatic conveyorised Robotic top coat painting line for consistent paint coverage & DFT to get enhanced salt spray life and ultra violet resistance.
• Top coated springs are baked in LPG fired oven.

• Fully automatic robotic eye and wrapper forming line for consistent quality with capability of single and double leaf processing.
• Eye forming can perform upto 25mm thickness and 140mm width and diameter from 30mm to 130mm.
