Camber Classification under Load

  • PLC controlled scragging cum camber classification upto 40T
  • Can classify spring camber under load in five categories

Fully Automatic Double Eye Rolling

  • Delivers highly accurate eye diameter and parallelism.

Heat Treatment

  • Walking beam hardening furnace with SCADA control with capability to control temperature within +/- 7 degrees.

Performance and Endurance Testing

  • Can test springs as in vehicle condition using Servo Actuator.
  • Capable of handling springs up to 200KN load.
  • Can run off 3 different scales.
